NSW Building Commissioner Talks With Deicorp Customers

As the first developer in NSW to achieve an iCIRT rating, and now with 3 separate ratings across our portfolio, Deicorp is fully embracing the benefits to consumers of an independent construction industry rating tool. Our purchasers appreciated the Commissioner discussing the new rating system and felt even more confident in their they had made a good choice buying a Deicorp apartment.

Deicorp understands that buyers want to have confidence and peace of mind when purchasing an apartment off the plan. They want to be certain the company they’re buying from will deliver their new home exactly as they promised it.

That’s why the NSW Government’s new Independent Construction Industry Rating Tool (iCIRT) is the key to helping buyers decide who is trustworthy, and who to avoid.

iCIRT is an independent assessment of a company’s trustworthiness and capability to deliver a project to the standard expected by the NSW Government and the buyer. Deicorp was the first developer in NSW to be endorsed with the new iCIRT rating, and we now have 3 separate iCIRT ratings across our business. We have fully embraced the NSW Building Commissioner’s initiative and are proud to be leading the construction industry as a trusted, capable and experienced builder developer.

Deicorp was delighted to host the NSW Building Commissioner Mr Chandler at our Tallawong Village display centre recently where he was able to meet with our customers and talk about the new iCIRT rating system.
Mr Chandler explained the journey he has taken the development industry on, with the aim help consumers make informed decisions about trustworthy and capable builders.
Our purchasers appreciated the Commissioner discussing the new rating system and felt even more confident in their choice to buy a Deicorp apartment.
